On May 23rd, the Longquan Construction Machinery Industry Association organized a large-scale discussion event on "Promoting Entrepreneurial Spirit, Leading Entrepreneurship to Start Again". Officials from the Propaganda Department of Longquan Municipal Party Committee, Economic Development Zone, Commerce Bureau, and Federation of Industry and Commerce, along with representatives from the Construction Machinery Association, summarized their entrepreneurial experience and jointly sought new paths for development, working together to liberate their minds and unite the development of the construction machinery industry.

The Longquan construction machinery industry started in the 1990s, starting with the trade agency of Japanese and Korean parts (mainly distributed in Guangzhou). After independently developing and manufacturing grinding tools, it participated in the production process and has gradually developed and grown in recent years. The sales network formed based on the product supply chain system has covered the whole country, becoming the biggest advantage of Longquan's construction machinery industry development. According to incomplete statistics, there are over 1600 spare parts manufacturers registered outside Longquan, including nearly a thousand large-scale enterprises, mainly concentrated in provinces and cities such as Shandong, Jiangsu, Guangzhou, and Ningbo.

At the event, more than 10 entrepreneurs combined their own practices and freely expressed their opinions on "What is my entrepreneurial foundation", "What is my entrepreneurial gap", "What is my entrepreneurial plan", and "What is my entrepreneurial goal".

"Currently, enterprises are facing challenges such as transformation and upgrading, talent attraction, etc. With policy support, they must actively promote the entrepreneurial spirit, dare to take risks and innovate, target the forefront of the market, the top of the industry, and industry trends, increase investment in science and technology, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements"Zeng Shengjie, the person in charge of Zhejiang Hongteng Rubber Co., Ltd., stated that the company will transform towards high-quality development, increase research and development efforts to develop new products, promote product compliance with international standards, and move closer to world leading enterprises.

"I think the entrepreneurial spirit can be interpreted in three ways: persistence, innovation, and maintaining sufficient confidence".As a second-generation entrepreneur, Mao Pengfei, the person in charge of Zhejiang Guangshan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., said that the development of enterprises inevitably encounters difficulties, and when difficulties arise, they must be solved. It is necessary to have the spirit of the older generation of entrepreneurs who are tenacious and not afraid of difficulties, while also making breakthrough changes and innovations in corporate culture, business models, and product concepts. At present, enterprises are promoting their transformation through management upgrades, continuously tackling key issues, breaking through innovation difficulties, transforming innovative achievements into market advantages, and taking the path of new industrialization development.
